Welcome to Reload Performance, operated by Cole House PT, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement") govern your use of our services, including any digital content, coaching sessions, wellness advice, injury prevention plans, and fitness recovery programs offered through our website, mobile platforms, or any other means ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be 18 years or older or have a legal guardian's consent if under 18.
Our Services offer general wellness, coaching, and fitness-related advice. This does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns. By using our Services, you confirm that you have consulted your doctor and have been cleared to perform exercises and movements prescribed by Reload Performance.
All treatments and sessions are facilitated through various platforms including GoHighLevel. If you opt into a coaching or virtual treatment program, your data will also be shared with Virtual Health 360 and its affiliated third-party partners such as Cronofy, GetStream, Zoom, and other integrated services necessary to provide our programs.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for Services rendered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance of the next billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe).Refund Policy: All purchases, bookings, subscriptions, and packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.Cash-Pay Only Notice: Services provided by Reload Performance are cash-pay only. We do not bill or interact with insurance companies, and services should not be considered reimbursable by any payer.
All content on our site and services, including videos, written materials, and branding under "Reload Performance" is owned by Cole House PT, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.
Our Services may include links or access to third-party websites and tools (e.g., Zoom, Cronofy, GetStream, VH360). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or terms on those platforms.
By participating in our programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cole House PT, LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of your participation in any Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cole House PT, LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Cole House PT, LLC is a registered LLC in the state of Virginia.
